Don't do this while I'm rafting.

You should have posted that video when I was training my summon golem. I had to go to ant hell and repeatedly WM bats :T_T:

I guess the hobgoblin thing is only useful in numbered ranks since stone golems can't do enough damage to be effective?

In the post that h1111 made about these videos, he said that you can 1HKO them with stone golem + clay cylinder.
he didnt say the rank of golem, but i would assume he means a low rank, and not rank 1.

Hobgoblins only have like 200 HP.
But either way, I hope people have the decency to NOT exploit in order to rank skills.
Or at least like Nyo said, GTFO my channel while I'm rafting.

Golems have practically replaced my combat techniques (Yes even stone ones in some HM dungeons and adv difficulty sm). Saves a lot of weapon dura as well in the long run. The only time I don't use golem is when I'm training my main or if melee is insufficient.
Speaking of golems, has anyone tried a magic golem before? Someone boasted they could do 8k smash with rF magic golem and I didn't believe her. I'm not going to fork out a few hundred k to find out x.x.

I'm considering using golem for all my future combat needs.
It's especially useful for missions like sulphur spider.
However, the preparation time and the cost of materials (especially white herbs) worry me.
High-grade cuilin stones are not really easily accessible. Probably takes about 1-2 missions of easy to get the materials for sulphur golems. At least sulphur is not a big problem.
For me, I can't afford to spam golem to train up the skill, so what I do is to make the forest golem crystals first and then leave them for later use in shadow missions. It's an economical way...

Don't forget that golem wm = invulnerability from sulphur spider explosions. Fun in provocation =D.
Stone golem suffices in norm-basic hm dungeons and some adv difficulty sms with r1 golem and r5 AM. Beyond that, you might want to use a forest golem or higher.
