  cheap = below 500k
  decent = 500k~2mil
  costly = 2mil~8mil
  expensive = 8mil+
  bs = You'll never ever afford it
  rare = probably really expensive. can't confirm price.

  Level 35 Comet Silk Belt (Green Belt) gives +3% Cast Rate *costly!*
  
  Level 12 Hot Pants (Pink Bottom) gives +3% Cast Rate *expensive!*
  
  Level 10 Novice Mage Amice (Green Shoulder) gives +5% Cast Rate *decent!*
  Level 35 Manaholic Shoulder (Green Shoulder) gives +5% Cast Rate *costly!*
  Level 11 Sage Epaulette (Pink Shoulder) gives +2.5% Cast Rate *rare!*

  A more affordable replacement to the Comet Silk Belt + Hot Pants (total 6% cast), is the Slumlord's Flashy Lower Outfit set.
  The set consists of only TWO pieces, level 40 slumlord's flashy pants *cheap* and a level 35 slumlord's flashy belt *decent*. Neither gives cast, but set effects give 5%.

  Cloth Armor Mastery provides +45% base.
  I current use the following:
  HendonMyre Nobleman's Robe +5
  Novice Mage Amice +5
  Slumlord's Flasy Dress Boots +1
  Slumlord's Flashy Lower Outfit set +5
  Total +16
  
  Places me at +61%. Could be saving up for Royal Ring, but my Palo Bay Pearl Ring gives +1 to nen shot and its too good to let up :<
  
  Avatar gave me +20% from hat and hair, but I eventually plan on hitting adv avas for a total of 25%.
  
  Anyways, that means I have 181% cast speed right now. Not bad, huh?
  Future potential (with Palo Bay Pearl Ring and ADV avas) = 194% cast speed
  Not even gonna go for Mani Aruso's Artifact. It costs like 80 mil.

  i have 12 characters that am constantly switching too, but the two that i play the most at the moment are my battle mage momiji, and my weapon master Zect

  That's because before, we didn't have level 40s helping our level 20s get Kings on dungeons. ._.
  
  @Kitae: Can you take out Byakuren and replace her with Saturos? I like my Asura, especially with that yummy 6.6% damage reduction.
