  @Cat's Witch Build: You seem to be short on SP. -49 SP left. And no Manteau or Flyswatter? Good utilities unless this is a Light/Fire PVE with Ice just for the Troll Car.
  
  @Summoner Build: You should consider dumping Lasher, since it's useless as an attack and buffing your summons isn't good since they're going to be where the fighting usually is, getting you potentially hurt. You can probably spend that on Lvl 11 Wisps which allow you to Florae and 3 Wisps will insta-spawn. Mark the Target is really for utility use, and I don't think it needs to be maxed, but left at Level 5 ish.
  
  EDIT: After reading Wiki on Lasher, it's fine to keep it there if you want. owo Yes, I do make assumptions on skills.

  max flash sphere
  if you do not max flash sphere, it will never stun enemies at ur lvl
  The only buff worth getting in the cat's opinion is RoL because it adds additional dmg (the lightning duh)
  and it doesnt need spirit and vit like strike and wisdom does.
  also buffs cost mp
  save mp for your attacks.
  
  awakening passive gives an aura that gives spirit, vit, str and int to party members but it's a lot of sp for little stats. not worth it for a battle sader.

  Mega Drill for damage doesn't count if its level 1. Especially since you're superarmor instead of invul on troll car now, its not trolltastic.

  Don't give me that. Wisps are freaking amazing. I don't care if they're level 59, you can spawn 4 at once. You should know very well how annoying wisps are. The best part is that they mimic all light moves and its cool down also decreases with level. If you cast Florae Circle, they ALL cast florae circle. They tank, they teleport, and their attacks can stun.
  
  Next to Naias for their ability to heal, they're the most useful spirit summon. Heck I'd make an entire build for blowing these things up.
  
  In any case, your only regular seems to be Big Sis, Aquarius, Glarine, and Spirit King. These guys are powerful, but having only 4 summons is not a good idea unless you're giving yourself Leap and Aerial Lantern or Palm or something. I'm just not sure about going both Big Sis + Kasijas contract summon path AND Spirit King path at the same time. You lost out on 560 SP just building up requirements for Spirit King, and lost out on 225 SP just building up to Kasijas. So much SP on summons you won't use just so you can get out the big guns. Sadly having one big gun is still far less effective than having 2 or 3 little ones. This is why people tend to say "contract build" or "spirit build" or "sac build".
  
  You might find it sad to believe, but DPS comes from mad numbers.

  No really, there is actually no room for crit. Screw that. Replace it with Tornado Kick. You NEED Tornado Kick. You'll hurt yourself if you don't use it.
  
  I'm guessing you're going to be a buff pve nen... which is weird because you already HAVE a buff sader.

  A PVP character? And crit srsly? Get Leap, I was shocked to find that every character in pvp is always better off with leap.
  
  I'd max Rose. There is NEVER enough launch. 15 Rising is okay though I suppose. I'd max it for heavier characters but thats just me.

  Depending on your playstyle, steep slide is GOD. But you probably can't do it so forget that.
  
  Max Backup Land Runner. Trust me on this one. Watch the extreme rage that follows. Best troll skill to ever exist in pvp.
  
  I fail to understand why you have level 10 headshot. 5 is fine for pvp unless you're a musket ranger.
  
  Cut from windmill, the damage increase is ridiculously sad. You can make up for the ASPD by using gear anyways.
  
  BBQ cancel is meh. Level 1 BBQ is fine. You already have plenty of defensive cancels.
  
  Use leftover SP for utility skills, ie: Silver bullet, Steyr, Needle Cancel, Steep Slide, etc.
  
  This is just a personal suggestion of mine, but I would take multi headshot down to level 5 and max G14, assuming that it was uncapped to level 20 and that f rangers are now allowed to air chuck. You lose out on around 1 shot worth of damage (out of 7). In replacement you gain a high mobility skill that increases the explosion area by 50% and launches the enemy.
  
  This is where I'd take my build, but again, steep slide is just my thing, so thats only an option. I've just seen some amazing combos out of steep slide in tournies, thats all.

  Tornado kick isn't necessary at all. Though I guess its 360 range is somewhat helpful.
  Why is solar shield maxed again? IIRC that's like, your least important party buff.
  Indomitable spirit is max or nothing, really. Get 10 of it or remove it entirely.
  Don't need 10 doppels, 9 does the job well enough.
  And yeah, don't get magic crit. NRG shield and doppel blast are some of your strongest attacks. Try to fit them in. Somehow.
  
  As for your witch, shururu doesn't need to be 17. 15 is the minimum for attracting bosses, isn't it?
  I'd also suggest you find some way to max magic missle. That thing is insane now.

  The cat already met lvl 58 monsters at skasa, and you can enter that dungeon at lvl 54 so ur wisps cant stun well there

  There will be at least TWO more free SP reset patches before EX nenshot.
  Until then, you REALLY need at LEAST Energy Shield. I mean, look at the damage and electrocution on that thing.

  Nty. Its still pretty weak right now in terms of debuff. In the next reset patch, shururu will be only 15 SP each. Right now he's too expensive. Besides... I want jackyl to blow up, not stand there.

  Tornado Kick as a nen is more or less necessary. There are no other attacks that let you deal damage as you move. X move has very little range with knuckles, and does horrendous damage anyways. Tornado kick is huge range.
  
  The idea behind tornado kick is to let you run into there with x4 spirals without risking huge damage to yourself. Think for a second. Nen DPS comes from electrocution, which requires you to touch them with nen spirals. Thats like, 0 range. Nen Masters are the most fragile fighters in the game. You need to protect yourself.
  
  Also, I agree about Magic Missile. If you're going to max befriend florae, you might as well max magic missile. Its hax. And hey, you maxed shururu, so you might as well combo them together.

  Awakening, Awakening passive and cubing, charge crash, overdrive
  maybe draw sword for additional mobbing
  sabres are for juggling, zanbatos are for ashe forking and ISD
  autoguard is there to make them less squishy and add "hit recovery"
