  Bind Cube is actually your best bet at getting good avatars without dishing out ridiculous amounts of gold.
  
  Go to the trade channel and buy cheap junk avatars for like 200k each. Bind 5, get one advance avatar of choice.
  
  Costs anywhere from 1 to 1.5 mil, which is like a little under expect to pay for a good adv avatar on the auction, except if you're using bind cubes you don't have to mix and match and wait.

  God tier: Soul Bender, Female Nen master, Striker, Elementalist
  High tier : Female Grappler, Male Nen master, Male Brawler, Rouge
  Mid-high tier: Ranger, female ranger, Crusader, Male striker, Female Brawler
  Mid tier: Witch, Battle Mage, Exorcist, Necromancer, Male Mechanic, female mechanic

  Witch is good for PvE until the outerworld/ancient dungeons
  then she becomes average

  Bind Cubes only require 2 Avatars now. Good thing I saved mine when they gave one out for free. Sadly, avatars are super expensive now with the introduction of the Item Shop and that they've drastically increased in price(5-7k for a perma Avatar and 25k to make an entire set? Screw that.)
  
  @rtezlin: With a Bind Cube, you can choose an Adv. Avatar of any style and item stat that you want, and it includes all of the older/semi-new Adv. Avatars. Only the ones in the Item Shop are unavailable to pick, since you can easily just buy those with NX or something I guess. You have to have 2 of the same Avatar items for the slot you want(You need 2 necklace avatars to make 1 Adv. Necklace/Rare Necklace Avatar). You can leave the Bind Cube set to random to randomly pick a style/stat for you, and that gives you the chance to get a Rare, but I don't think it's worth it.

  Whoever made the tier list didn't factor items into it then.
  As long as you're always on blue bibles, you're invincible as an Asura.
