Different pet has different time limit
Ex: Some pet gets 70 mins a day, while other gets 82 mins a day
The time limit resets every real life day, not exactly sure what time though, I forgot

All pets have a timer, and you can only use that pet until the time runs out each day. Usually, this isn't a problem, since you only have a few places to go. Which horse were you planning on getting? Then I can tell you the timer. Basically, you have to use your horse to get where you need to go, and then unsummon it.
Timer resets at 7am server time.

CM will raise your CP, I'd say rank it to C then continue ranking WM to r1.
Also, try ranking Critical too, it'll help a lot

but its using so much ap are you sure i should rank cm now?

I'd honestly wait for CM. Just do windmill for now, maybe a few ranks of crit.

Just unsummon your pet when you don't need to use it, and you can spread that 1 hour to the whole day.

CM will give you some HP and some damage.
I'd say wait for other people response, since I'm not pro with these kinda stuff.
But rank Critical along with WM, since it doesn't raise your CP that much

And WM1, Crit1 first and Animal Training C (For a quest)...
Then you can add on w/e... like CM. Don't do range though, till you get Refine 1
As for lifeskills... Refine 1, then w/e life skill after that doesn't really matter.

If you don't constantly train WM all day trying to get to r1 and like to do other stuff like dungeons and quests, I'd say get CM to rC (120 CP) and get Smash to r9 (110 CP). Since Smash's CP is lower than CM's CP, it won't affect your CP when WM's CP gets above CM's CP. Another reason for r9 Smash is because the damage jumps from 250% to 300% when going from rA to r9. Also train Critical while you're doing WM. I started ranking Critical from r9 when I had r5 WM, and it took me to almost master of windmill before I reached r1 Critical.
