Reference: A note on reforge upgrades (Warning: Large Image)

This is an archive of the mabination.com forums which were active from 2010 to 2018. .15 = 15 units distance and .7 = 70 units distance?

I thought bow range was based off a percentage of its base, not fixed..

I'm pretty sure that charge cooldown one is wrong. I have a charge cooldown level 1 hat, and it reduces my cooldown to 8 seconds. So that's quite a bit more than 0.25

The "effective range" upgrade was multiplicative when reforge toolkits were initially released (in both KR/NA). They initially increased your maximum range by 5% per level (essentially doubling your weapons maximum effective range at level 20). This would give the wing bow ego 5200 range while the crossbow ego had a mere 3600 range. They changed the upgrade to +70 range per level. This would give the wing bow ego 4000 range while the crossbow ego now has a maximum of 3200 range.

1m = 10 units
Windmill has a radius of 500 units or 50m at r1.
