Also, all New Champs are OP in some way.

Fortune seems fine to me, good laning presence if her partner can also apply pressure and a way to influence teamfights without dying instantly. Her damage isn't too bad especially considering how much mana she burns.

True, late/mid game, she's pretty crappy, but still holds why they made her... to farm.
