  AP poppy, or specifically, Deathfire Poppy. If you can cast your ult, dfg, charge (into a wall preferably), Devastating Blow and ignite all in a 0.5s interval...then you're pretty much unstoppable. DDR is similar in that you have to do several things in quick succession with decent accuracy.

  Oh, a tip for ANYONE playing a character who had to use skills in a short space of time...
  SMART CAST. Use it. It basically means that instead of going Press Q > Click on target you go Move cursor over target > Press Q.
  It will make your burst so much faster.
  But now you're thinking 'What if I only want certain skills like that?'. Well, go into key bindings and you can choose which bindings to change to smartcast.
  Seriously, it helps so much on some characters, like Zilean.

  Yeah, but his stun got nerfed a tad bit. He's still just as useful though.

  Seriously though, he has a very good earlygame, so the idea is you get fed as him then snowball so hard the enemy team can't fight back.
  Also, he's MANLY. Look at the guy. RAW MENERGY.

  Look at the Master Yi's kill ratio compared to the rest of his team.
  
  He's basic killing champions with 1 to 2 hits before we can barely get any hits on him.
  
  Our team came so close of winning, but Master Yi just walked down the Mid, kill off the towers if they were nothing and then killed off the Nexus.

  Funny how some of his teammates are talking smack even though they got their butts kicked almost as badly. If you have a teammate that is that good, you're not supposed to die that much.

  He's a physical character that can be built DPS or AD. I'm guessing his HP values and his defense values are in the mid-range, since he's not that easy to kill compared to a squishy, but it's easier to kill him than a tank.
  
  His stun is really annoying for harassing, and his Passive can block harasses early game as well. His ultimate can be dodged if you mis-aim, then you can all just screw his butt if their enemy team was losing and he comes to assist since he'll be right in front of everyone, in range for all the nasty spells and CC's.
  
  @Lorg: I heard by the Level 30 ranges, it's hard to see Yis since runes and masteries have such a big effect that any Champion sufficiently matched with them will dominate over Yi, since he doesn't get great boosts out of them. Not to mention his abilities require positioning, and most players by that level know to counter him, so he's never played then. New players just fall for it easily, and he's a 450 IP champ for a reason. Oh, and he had 3 Phantom Dancers. Nuff' said.
