  I have started buying dodge runes for my champion (Poppy).
  
  So far I have 2 T3 dodge runes which gives me a dodge of 1.3%.
  
  I would have gotten more if they dodge runes were not so expensive (820 IP)
  
  So far I haven't seen the returns on getting dodge runes. I think I have only dodge once.
  
  Even if I get all 9 dodge runes I would get 6.75% chance of dodge which isn't a lot.

  I was wondering if I should switch over to armor or magic resistance runes instead which is a lot cheaper (205 IP)
  
  What does armor protect me against?
  
  What does magic resistance protect me against?

  Armor is for those pesky ad heroes/dps heroes like trist and ashe.
  
  MR is for those pesky ap charas/nukes like Karthus/Annie/Ryze.
  
  I think the armor/mr per lvl are better than the flat ones. I went with the flat armor/mr and I realized that at lvl 13 the armor/mr per lvl gives more armor or mr than the flat ones.

  Dodge runes are a must if you have one rune set for a wide array of situations. I use dodge runes on all melee DPS characters, and close up casters/AP DPS.

  There are some situations where one member is not helping out the team.
  
  Our Anivia kept feeding the opposing team and purposely didn't level up making her easy for pickings.
  
  If feeding wasn't enough, the fool keep on using crystallize wall to prevent our team from getting to the opposing champion with low health or prevent our team from escaping in fights!

  Riot has already said they do NOT want this.
  See, what should happen to a players items when they get kicked?
  Logical thing is items get sold, the gold the player has is distributed among the team.

  It is OK... Apart from the person being kicked. What if they aren't trolling, and just aren't good?
  So, this guy who isn't good gets put on a team of ragers.
  Poor guy doesn't even get a chance to learn what he did wrong. Mess up, BAM KICK. It's just not fun for the 'bad' player, who is infact human an has feelings.
  If someone is genuinly messing up, don't yell at them and get mad. Tell them how they can avoid making the same mistake, not just say 'noob *insertchamphere*'.
  It'll keep team morale up, and that makes a MASSIVE difference, trust me.
  
  Also, you're not even level 30. Normal games means nothing. If you watch a few high-elo livestreams, they troll normal games all the time with things like Magewick and AD Taric. If someone is feeding in ranked, it's a big problem.
  Normal games are where you go to mess around, try new champions and learn new things. Don't try take them seriously, you won't have fun that way.
  My suggestion? Play a champion who is just... fun. Singed for example. Just enjoy yourself.

  Did you check the summoner's level? Were they level 2 or something? I doubt they'd have Anivia by then, but it is a possibility. At times like this, it's best to just report the player. There is such an option, and with LoL's system with the Tribunal(at least I think it's underway) it should get handled pretty fast.

  Anyways, you should probably try out a different Champion like Lira said. I switch Champions so much, I don't even have time to focus on one before I switch to another. Thank goodness for the Notes app on my Itouch so I can write my Core Items, Spells, and whatnot inside for easy refrence. :lol:
  
  @Lira: Singed is not fun when you're flinging in the wrong direction, like I do half the time. XD

  Health runes on Poppy don't really help much since they lower the effect of her passive. You end up living just as long either way.
  
  I run HP/Regen, though armor/MR is good too as far as defense goes. I used to run mana regen, but it really wasn't necessary after the global mana regen buff.

  Notable changes:
  -Faster Game times due to death timer rework at early game
  -Minion wave revamp: At the 20 minute mark in a game, those tank Minions will come out every 2 waves, not 3 to make the game go faster.
  -Urgot bug reworked
  -Turrets get lower base damage but now have armor penetration so tanks like Rammus can't just loltankthetower by themselves.
