  Jinx is just one of those characters that can harry supremely hard if she's got a good start/advantage, and she has the tools to easily do that. But if she dosen't, then she just completely falls off. But then again, that really applies to every carry.
  
  Her laning's really strong, with her range on rocket launchers easily beating out a lot of carries for that extra harass. Flame Chompers can easily stop a gank if placed correctly, but Zap isn't her strong-point since it's fairly easy to miss with it. Or for enemies, it's easy to dodge. I can't count how many times I've dodged Zap in a game against Jinx. Kinda like Zyra's E when it comes to skillshot consistency.

  I like maxing Q over W in lane.
  
  Makes you less mana hungry, gives more attack speed/Range and you're damage isn't solely reliant on hitting that W.

  Q is too good to pass up on leveling while in lane, especially if you're planning to skirmish.
  
  Also, many champions are unstoppable when they snowball. Or even when they don't. Vayne is ridiculously strong late game even if she fell behind during laning. Once she gets a couple of kills she becomes a monster. Riot's not busy nerfing that right now, are they?
  
  She's strong right now but not as overpowered as everyone's making her out to be.

  That wouldn't balance her; that would put her on the same level as Lucian or Quinn, and we all know how those two worked out.

  She is overpowered lol. Any competent player can see how stupid her kit is for an adc and pretty much every single high elo agrees that she's too strong right now. Lucian is also being used by the Chinese right now. He's actually a good champion, the reason he wasnt picked in worlds is because of Corki and Tri Force.

  Quinn is quite powerful, just, more of a skirmisher than a glass cannon.
  
  Even so, I agree that Jinx isn't OP. Like, MF, she has no escape short of killing someone, and I'm betting she doesn't have MF's high base defensive stats. Naturally, giving her more damage to make up for it works out.

  Did it mostly by going mid and support. The promotionals were bs... EVERYONE but me was platinum. The enemy vayne on my promotional match was plat 1 on his promotionals.

  Once I get through this last division, I don't play on playing much in season 4. The game just isn't as fun as it used to be...

  I thought maybe I could try to play a bit more and get to plat before the season ends. But then the high of getting to gold wore off and I remembered why I don't like doing ranked. People are so mad and butt hurt in ranked. I mean, they are in normals too, but people treat their league points like their lives depend on it.
  
  Also, the MMR + League system is really broken. Had we still been using elo, I'm pretty sure I would be platinum right now. Because I won like 30 games in a row, my mmr is absurdly high right now, but the league system can't keep up with their promotionals wall. My promotionals in silver 1 put me in a group with all platinum 1~3 where I was the only one below that. Had you climbed the ladder normally without getting a huge win streak, you would've fought gold players to get to gold. And if I kept playing now and kept winning, I would be matched up against diamonds to get to platinum. Which I wouldn't be able to do. I saw my skill level cap out when I laned against a bunch of plat 1's. They were better than me.
  
  The easiest way to get to plat would be to actually lose a bunch of times, lower my mmr, and then go in to promotional. It would take way too long. Really busted imo. Anyways I give up on it. I'll just keep raking in gold rewards each season and play normals with my premades.

  Challengers is a terrible league anyways. Limited seats, and you knock each other out by playing more. Forces you to no-life the game to stay in it. They should really fix the league system.

  Personally I play a lot of Crystal Scar, so it would be nice if dominion has its own league.
