Sad to hear we've lost two staff members, especially when we're already short staffed. If anything, perhaps when new moderators come in you could both give them some tips? That being said, thank you to both of you for being on the staff and I hope you both can be a bit less stressed now.

Thanks for your effort, both of you.
You really did contribute so much to here, TA, and that's really amazing. The passion was definitely there and I'm sorry we couldn't always agree on things.

I sometimes felt Baku was too quick to close topics, and I could never agree with TA as a forum member. Regardless, both DID their jobs as moderators so thanks for your service and good luck with your lives.
There's certainly a lot that needs to be worked on, both, the community aspect and the staff, but that's for another thread and private messages.

But seriously, just writing about it, calms me down. It's just a way of expressing ourselves/venting. Hell, you don't even have to read it.
Staff Changes... when were already short-staffed? Well, Baku and TA you will be missed as a moderator. Welcome to the normal nation member life now! Hope everything works out for you in the end.
I'm guilty as well, good thing those threads are buried somewhere. And yeah, writing it down really did make me feel a little better. Also, I'm being an asshole lately I guess, but that's just me.

I didn't see Baku openly modding and don't really know much about him, but I'm really gonna miss having TA as a mod. I heard Baku did a great job too.
Baku was my image of perfect mod.

I think another issue is that some people just don't get along with one another. It's hard to tolerate and respect certain people when they don't deserve it. (even if that is a personal view)
It helps to try and avoid arguments or certain threads, but I can imagine one instance or another where said person might end up talking to you directly in a thread, making it harder to avoid. Especially depending on what they say.
As much as I'd like to say we can all hold hands and be bestfriends, that just isn't possible for some people. When you have a forum of diverse opinions and people someone is bound to piss someone off at one time or another.
Both parties don't have to get along or even respect eachother, they just need to be warned to steer clear of one another and co-exist.
Of course there is a lot of out-right rude behavior goin' around too, as has been mentioned. That's something personal that we all need to deal with. It probably stems from the fact that some of us just have those kinds of personalities, and the fact that snide remarks are getting easier to make. I can't always blame some people for it.. but it is something we need to work on.
Hopefully if enough people say they're going to work on themselves and do so it will start to positively impact the forum.
[S]Though it is a bit hard when you're like me and you apparently give off an asshole attitude even if your comment was neutral. QQ[/S]
So yeah. I've been working on and will continue to work on my attitude, so hopefully I'm not the only one.

I've never really caused any trouble, at least I don't think I have. I also haven't been here very much, so I don't really notice how many fights are going on, I've only seen one or two.

Well, even subtle tone in a post can give off some type of attitude. Maybe you're just used to writing in a way that other people see as asshole-y.
Not calling you an asshole, I don't know you well enough to say anything about you really.
@thread
I'll miss Baku and TA, maybe Baku a little more since I want him in my pants. You both did awesome work though, and I just hope the forum doesn't go bad without you guys keeping everything working behind the scenes.

Nah, I know what'cha mean. My main problem is I have no idea when I come off an asshole-y unless I'm deliberately trying to. Which is surprisingly not as much as people seem to think.
But I am trying to work on that.

You two aren't leaving the forums, so I can't say I'll miss you.
There's... nothing appropriate for me to say in this turn of events other than "It was nice while it lasted".
And gratitude for your service.

I think the only trouble I really got into was way back when I wanted to rip this one guild apart. >_>
I wish you two the best.
I was really lucky when I was a moderator on another site. When I gave out infractions to people I knew I would apologize but make it clear why, and they were a very understanding bunch of people. It tended to be very, very minor infractions, anyway.

It was too bad to see two of the best moderators go away... especially when we was under-staffed as well...

Wow, I see how it is. They get a goodbye thread while one of the oldest staff members gets nothing. Right on.
/mostly joking
Anyways, you kids have fun with not being staff anymore. You'll miss it at first but then you will feel very comfortable with your new found freedom. It's a lot like peeing in the woods.

You didn't deserve it. And don't lie, you always peed in the forest!
Such a shame that our dwindling moderator team is losing even more members.

I'd just like to say that I genuinely enjoy reading your threads. Different people will like different things and it shouldn't discourage you from making them.
