Well, do it like the olden days, build a fire and roast it over open flame. If that's too much work, just chop it up and throw it in the oven or something.

Not sure how they build them in Australia, but in most places in the world, there's this little turny thing with numbers on it. I say turn the turny thing that says oven to about 180, and then keep checking on it by looking through the window in the front (or by opening the door if no window) and see if the meat is starting to change color. You want to make sure it doesn't turn black. Any time before then, and you'll be set.
