When is dragon update coming out?

  Nobody can predict the prices, so it's a bit useless to speculate.
  Could be as cheap as Glas Pants (if exploits are found) or as expensive as current +12. Don't expect to get a Staff early unless you get a lucky drop though.
  
  Release dates are also really iffy. Most people are predicting around the start of summer, but it's just guessing.

  and seeing how the translated names seems to be in the game files already, we could expect Ep9.5 in 1 to 2 monthish or even weeks unless nexon is just messing with us

  Ok so I managed to raise 165 million. (lucky 5* thor belt drop xD) I don't know if I should just save it until the dragon update so I can get a dragon staff or a good DW staff or just get a good staff now or some force wonderland items?

  The thing is that 12.6k matk feels like plenty already. I got 1st twice yesterday in 8-person raids.

  I can tell you how to get 15K magic attack. I'm not sure if you're a scythe of staff Evie, so I'm just gonna go with staff because that's what I play.
  
  Weapon: *5 Dreamwalker Staff, Raider's Staff, or Rakum Rakish, depending on which you can afford. That's in order of most expensive and most desirable to least expensive and least desirable. Gallant is a good prefix for magic attack and Divine Punishment is a must for the suffix. No matter what, the weapon must be +10. If you really push for everything and have the titles, you may be able to get there with a lower enhancement, but you'd have to push quite hard and have essentially the best of everything, perhaps sacrificing some "better" enchantments for worse ones with more magic attack.
  
  Armor: Wonderland Set. Everything should have the Force suffix. Prefix is whatever you feel like. Well-balanced is the best overall, but is expensive and will ramp up the costs dramatically. Scholar's on the helm and Disciple's on the armor is good for extra magic attack. There are some good tunic prefixes worth looking into and personally, I prefer Enduring. I think Fallen Angel is a better set for the stamina, but it has less magic attack.
  
  Accessories: At least 3* Thorn Rings, but more if you can find/afford them. Same situation for Ghost Witch Emblems and Earrings of Temptation. Maybe you can get by with 2* Earrings though, as 3* gets up to like 7m. You only have four prefix choices and three suffix choices for accessories. Strong offers the most magic attack for a prefix and Berserker offers the most magic attack for a suffix. The best book is a Ghost Witch Spell Book and I think the best belt depends on which weapon you have. Anyway, I put Disciple's and Chaos on my spell book and that's a pretty good setup for more magic attack.
  
  And there you go, 15K magic attack.
  
  It is worth noting that this does not offer the best setup. It just offers the one that can break 15K magic attack with the lowest enhancement level, which is what was requested.

  If it's a 2* Dreamwalker, I'd stick with the Raider's for sure.
  
  With that magic attack, I'd imagine you don't have a full Wonderland/Fallen Angel set yet. Get one and start sticking Force on all of them. I think Force is pretty cheap now. Force alone will push you up 660 magic attack and 10 balance. It's okay if you don't wanna put Force on the expensive pieces yet because you don't wanna risk that money. If you can buy runes, it'd be worth it here. After that, you can finish them off with Scholar's and Disciple's on the armor if you like. Disciple's is really cheap and you can get it yourself in Hoarfrost Hollow Hero or buy it for like 100-300K each. They're just so easy to get and so hard to find a seller for that it might be worth getting them yourself. That'll only add a tiny bit more magic attack, so Force should be the priority. And again, Well-balanced is better, it's just far more expensive and doesn't focus on magic attack.
  
  If the Dreamwalker is 2*, sell it so you have more money.
  
  Evil Monster's Leather Belt will be your belt of choice for Raider's Staff. Technically, 5* Thor Belt has 1 more int, but you'd basically be throwing your money in the trash to buy that unless you also bought a 5* Ghostly Ring to go along with it. Just don't. It's a horrible money sink for a few points of magic attack. Literally spending millions per point. It's only advisable if you walk around with a bunch of +15's. Until then, you're better off keeping the extra money for higher staves and/or the future episodes.
  
  After you've taken care of this stuff, pick your accessory enchants of choice and you should be put over 15K with that +10.

  It's 2* dreamwalker staff but I kinda want to keep it just for the ASPD. I find it helps with pushing back certain bosses like succubus lol. I was thinking of enchanting it for +ASPD so it can serve a different purpose. I would sell it but I think you need those unbind things...I dont want to buy any more NX for this game right now x.x

  Doesn't really matter in the long run, but probably around the same or something. The gold you get from completing games is enough to cover those costs if you're just gonna raid. I dunno how much the gold reduction would hurt normal runs.

  Attack speed matters less and less as enhancement gets higher. Take a look at the critical on your Raider's compared to your Dreamwalker.

  Oh my, trying to enchant fast ruined me. I think I went from like 60million ish to 10 from doing it lol. I failed 5 fast before I enchanted the last one. And I killed a 3* temptation earring and 2 ghost witch emblems.
  
  Just glad I finally made it, got it onto a broken feather earring now lol. And I don't even have a ghost witch emblem anymore :( empty slot.
  
  With the the emblem i have roughly 14.5k matk since I no longer have a +10 D/GP raider's staff but a +10 D/GP DW staff that I made. I had to sell the raider staff to get the funds I needed
  
  32ASPD makes it worth it though.

  I don't really recommend Fast... the balance loss is going to kill average damage and attack speed isn't enough to compensate. 8 balance per scroll is huge. Maybe it would be okay to use one if you have good balance, but... I'd still recommend other options.
  
  Why did you sell the Raider's for the Dreamwalker? ;__; Blah. It's slightly harder to hit 15K with a Dreamwalker due to the magic attack lost and stuff, but of course you have more speed/balance and sacrifice critical.
  
  3* Ghost Witch Emblems shouldn't cost much to replace. If you're gonna use scrolls, it'd probably be best to use them on cheaper things like those and Thorn Rings first.
