How to fix U.S. health care (tonight 8 PM EDT on CNN)

  I really agree with Switzerland's model. Lots of quality for its "Everybody pays for insurance, but only if they can afford it."
  
  When it comes down to it though, the US is mostly in this situation because the population-to-doctors is too high. Even the UK's model slightly suffers from the same problem: too many people, thus having to wait in queues.

  But note that the wait times are not for the critical stuff. It becomes an inconvenience, yes, but at the same time people get to live, get reasonable quality care overall and not go bankrupt in the process. Canada is in a similar situation.

  The US's being one where there has been patients in critical conditions who die while waiting in the hospitals.
