There are a certain set of 4 Scrolls (Healthy, Strong, Passion, Significant) that have 100% success rates.
They also happen to be some of the most expensive enchants out there, with Passion in the 25m-30m range.
Also make sure you don't confuse Enhancing with Enchanting, they look similar when spelt but are two entirely different things.

EDIT: Oh, enchanting! I misread it as enhancing. Nevermind most of what I've written below. See Invertex's post.

Nah, level 60 and up means you have to use more expensive stones :P The enhance rates and the process are the same no matter what, just requiring different stuff sometimes.
Right now there's an event going on where you have a chance to upgrade an item straight to +8 for 800K. Don't mess with this, it's not worth it, people have spent tens of millions and only gotten one or two +8's... They're just doing it to get a lot of gold out of the economy by tricking people.
Cash shop runes mean that items won't have negative effects on failure, so they should be used from +8 to +10 at least. They won't allow you to use them to upgrade to +11 or higher, making +11 and above weapons very expensive and largely unnecessary.
There's no way to upgrade items with a higher ratio. People will tell you of many rumors, superstitions, and silly little tricks, but honestly, they're all BS. The rate stays the same no matter what you do. If you upgrade 10 times in a day it won't make a difference from if you upgrade 1 time everyday for 6 days and then 4 times on Saturday. People just have individually lucky (or unlucky) experiences and then come up with this nonsense.

I see. I'm really starting to like this game, but the only thing that kinda sucks is lack of characters ~_~
By the way, you can only enchant once on a item right?

You can have one Prefix and one Suffix on an item. You can see where a scroll goes in it's description.
If you try to enchant another Prefix onto an item which already has a Prefix, it will overwrite the old enchant if successful.

Yep, the Shining Will set doesn't last long enough for it to be worth upgrading.

What is a good shield at level 44?

You can use the Eagle Heart for quite a while. The next cheap upgrade I can think of is the Ewysnoch Shield, which is a pretty common drop from Ocean Scent, and is a decet upgrade. You can then either go with a Knight Shield around Lv. 52, or you can hold off until the Lv. 60 shields.
You should get a Large Shield soon, if you haven't already, so prepare to get a Kite Shield. You can then go with the Horn Shield, or skip directly to a Lv. 60 Large Shield. Either works.
Of note, most of the Lv. 60 shields are also quite expensive. But most of the 60 stuff is in that range. The cheapest items are the Jirkal Large Shield and any one of the smaller shields from Jirkal.

So you prefer using large shields now? and yes I do have a kite shield right now :D
If so, can you tell me the advantages and disadvantages if it ain't too much too ask over small shields except the fact that it weighs more

Large Shields have no access to the various forms of counters that Fiona gains, but instead lets you use less stamina while using Heavy Stander while also not experiencing any knockback.
It is worth noting that most counters only work on normal attacks, notably the Rank 9 Guard effect and Counterattack.
With that in mind, I switch between shields often. Certain bosses will either have a large number of normal attacks or a single normal attack that you can abuse constantly in order to increase damage output. Those bosses are wonderful bosses for a Small Shield Fiona. However, certain bosses mainly use smashes, and there aren't any/enough normals to make it worth risking a Small Shield. In those cases, I like to use a Large Shield.
It's a good habit to get into switching your shields based off mission. But it's always safer to bring a Large Shield if you don't know what's going on.

Ok. I'm pretty sure I've asked this before but is there a better way of farming gold instead of magic powders and iron ores?

Not until the 50's, and realistically it's better to get to 60 first to do things quicker.

Ok I'm level 60 and I really want a 60 set. How can i make some serious money from now and in the future?
-
Invertex wrote on 2012-04-30 04:24
Main thing you want to do is raid, raid, and raid in order to sell rare drops.
You can add to that by selling scrolls you get at Level 66, 67, 68, and 69 from special quests. Check the Nexon forums when you reach those levels, and see what you can get for Strong, Healthy, Significant, and Passion. I'd advise keeping at least your Healthy scroll though.
You can also grind Black Hammer (Rescue) for Bone Blade Fragments, Heavy Warrior Hammer Fragments, and a few other rare drops. This and Magic Powder should allow you to make a decent sum of money.

I've got some enchant scrolls along the way but how do i sell them? I heard you have to send through mail or seomthing? isn't it scammable
