  Anyway, that's the mid-tier "regular player" set. The Mhara set I mentioned is the super rich set and it basically plays out the same way, but instead the base price of the armor jumps up dramatically. I honestly wouldn't even bother with Mhara unless you intend to WB/F it because Wonderland could do do similar things a lot cheaper and still give you a lot of money left over to spend on your weapon or whatever.
  
  Always go for a level 70 weapon before any piece of level 70 armor. The value of the weapons is far higher. Only get level 70 armor if you're prepared to afford everything. Level 60 armor can be gotten right away because it's a considerable upgrade from the crappy 60's and other armor below it.

  Anyways, that sort of set can be considered "regular" if you consider regular 14k M.Att and the ability to constantly get around 20% damage in most of your raids. So it's actually a really nice set.
  
  Regardless, with 70s out now, most 60 things are technically obsoleted. There's only one other reason besides cost to not go for a 70, and that'd be if you already own a +12 or higher. Those weapons will beat a +10 Lv. 70 weapon, which is the best you'll get without actually having hundreds of dollars of NX and 1B or something.

  I'm not convinced that's the case for weapons. The difference between the cost of a +10 and a +12 actually is large enough that a +10 level 70 weapon might be a better option, especially if you're using the runes yourself.

  Well. Even a +11 makes a Lv. 70 +10 a bit questionable. Given that nearly every Lv. 70 has about 1000 attack over it's Lv. 60 counterpart, you actually can get to the point where you're picking between the speed given by +11 or the ~500 attack from a Lv. 70 weapon. It can get a bit confusing. Of course this only matters if you already have a +11 or above.
  
  Which is partially why I sort of want to know what sort of equipment you currently have.
  
  Regardless, Lv. 70 sets will continue to be pretty costly until Ep10 due to the nature of only having 3 tries a week instead of 7. Waiting for them to become cheaper is not effective at all, considering they'll deflate slower than Glas Pants did before the exploit.

  500 magic attack is almost always better than the little speed given by one enhancement level, though. It's only 4 speed and some additional damage we're talking about.
