Besides rebalancing CP stuff... I think skills should use multiple ways to train them, CP and just using the skill and other things. Rank 1 Master title should be obtained once you get X amount of it done, not every single thing. Just some high total of it.

Attack 5 or more boss enemies at once.
Defeat 3 or more enemies at once.
Defeat 4 or more enemies at once.
Defeat 5 or more enemies at once.
Defeat 6 or more enemies at once.
Defeat 3 or more boss enemies at once.
Defeat 4 or more boss enemies at once.
Finish an enemy with a crit hit.
All x number or more, train on top of one another. Higher ones being worth more points and having more times to do them.

I'd like this, but after the first five times of doing the mission. Then you'd need to do 5-10 of other missions (most likely 10) to undo it without having to wait. That way, you're supposed to do more than just one god damn mission 50,000 times. >.> Though, I'd really only love this if we got more missions that are much more varied (revamps to older ones too of course)
Of course, they'd most likely have something for premium/VIP to either not have that happen, or tone it down to 4-9 or 2-5.
Sing changed to -25% - -50% of the skill used if there is no mic. However, it is changed to allow you to move around while singing, mic or micless.
Vivace: Max increase to magic/alch charge speed 15%. Aim % speed up by 15% (starts at 15%). Attack speed up by 20% (melee) and 15% everything else.
The effect starts at the same time Battlefield would. (Why the hell do the songs take effect at different times?)
Battlefield Overture: Slight nerf to be 15% at rank 1, and critical rate down to 10%. Now effects magic and alchemy better. (too tired to do the formulas and find what would be balanced so what ever lol)
Lullaby now uses 15sp. Sleeping chance changed to 70%. Sleep time (this is with max bard talent and rank) toned down by like..15-20%. Other than that, the skill is fine. It's the fact that we just steam roll everything at this point. lol
Songs can now stack, but when they do, no mater who played the second one, the effects will be cut in half. First song + Second song. If a third song is played, it cancels out the first song and so on.
