What happened to the HP bars of these bosses?
Also, have Koreans complained about Bella being better than Lann and demanded a revamp to him?

Hmm, looking purely at the statue damage, she actually isn't that far ahead of staves and might be around the same... She'll definitely be ahead in solo situations where someone is constantly under assault like in Keaghan, though.
Not impressed with her damage. The person playing her is very impressive indeed, but the character, meh. I just can't see her being even kinda comparable to sword Lanns, especially after their buff. I can imagine going on her and playing her for fun, maybe even up to a decent level, but that's about it. She's not going to be taking anyone's place anytime soon.

I'm pretty sure only the Season 2 battles have HP bars for all the lvl difficulties. Season 1 battles are the same, no HP bars in hard/hero mode.

This is true.

Since people seem to wonder a lot, I checked my FPS on the sunken ship in season 2, since they just recently added an option to show you your framerate while playing. Didn't really do too much in there since I ended up dying to trash mobs (ran into the 30-49 mode when I was level 38, solo) and don't feel like going back for now.
I get ~60 FPS when nothing's really happening.
30-40 FPS when I'm fighting things.
~30 FPS when nothing's happening but a thunder strike happens.
~20 FPS when I'm fighting things and there's a lightning strike.
2.65 GHz quad core CPU, ATI Radeon HD 5670 for reference. And that was with one level of the UI hidden (my name/HP bar on the left).

The Lann buff.
Sounds so simple, but I can't understand that Thousand Needles thing.
Better make it useful, since it's really bad right now.

Thousand needle will never be useful.
It barely damages, and costs way too much stamina.
Lann barely damages anything when he isnt using Double Crecent or Gliding Fury.
and given how little time you really get to attack, longer attack combos like gust sting, pummel storm, and of course thousand needles is completely out of the question unless the enemy is downed or stunned. And even then, I'm pretty sure just spamming Double Crecent would out damage those combos.

Yeah that change is the most worthless change ever. I'd rather have an improvement in gust sting charge zero since it's accidentally used a lot.

I still want Lann's and Fiona's sword charge attack to have long range, much like Commander Kakrish's wave. From the looks of it, that's where they got the idea in the first place.

...longer attack combos like gust sting, pummel storm...
uh... what? Gust sting is literally the fastest thing you can throw out, with the exception of a single normal attack. Having enough attack speed (example, a +8 ~ +10 twinsword) and knowing how to exploit boss openings is more than enough to slip in a Pummel Storm easily, maybe a Twin Edge 450 if the boss is super derp. Even right now without the S2 buff Lann is actually a good character, it's just that most people suck too much with him so he seems bad. That, and almost everyone else is just way better.
Thousand Needles also has one of the longest reaches a Lann can throw out. That in itself should give you some cause to use it because, believe it or not, sometimes damage might not be the single most important thing ever. Find some weird scenarios and try it out.

Thousand Needles is my favorite smash, but I do agree with him, it sucks. Other than the odd situations (Which I haven't found yet) that you described, it just doesn't have a use.
Bossing? Very funny.
Trash mobs? Takes much too long to use
Showing off? I'll give you that, it looks impressive
I always thought it'd be a bread-and-butter move for Lanns, but that appears to be Gliding/Lightning Fury, Spin2Win, and Slip/Nimble

I use Thousand Needles quite a bit, but then again I have ridiculous crit. I use it mostly to try and abuse its range to get a random swipe in to Glide off of. Mostly only in Elchulus though because of his attacks.

Thousand Needles, rank 6, only 27% increase, hits twice max, takes too long to use, stationary attack, long delay.
Pummel Storm, rank 6, 50% increase, hits thrice, faster combo, mobile attack, just about the same amount of delay.
Gust Sting, rank A, 12% increase, hits once, HITS ONCE..., stupid range.
Now do the math.

I'm pretty sure that Pummel Storm is considered very useful in a range of situations.
And Gust Sting can be used to dodge Ingkells or something if you're short (Still think it sucks, cause I accidentally click it, and it just locks me in)
