  Gotta find good gear T_T. Got my first legendary, can probably sell for a mill or 2. It's a monk set weapon.

  Heard from a friend that hits like, over 100K base in Nightmare... could be false, but that's huge and makes it probably one of the strongest (or the strongest?) attacks in the game.
  
  This doesn't account for damage various forms of damage reduction.
  
  I can say right now that my barbarian was getting hit for like 10K by hell Izual's charge with plenty of damage reduction.

  i had about 38% reduc and 20% from blur's melee reduc so about 58 or maybe it was consecutive either way pretty decent had about 24/2500 hp and it took 3/5's of my hp with 1 charge..

  At any rate, going through act I Hell now. I was doing just fine till the skeleton king but he would destroy me (and do about 10k damage to my friend's monk) with a hit or two and after him it's as if the game's all "Okay, you die now" and I'm struggling to survive in the fields of misery QQ

  Keep in mind there are multiple forms of reduction. Armor reduces all damage, but resistances reduce damage too. For example, 50% damage reduction turns a hit of 100 into 50 and then 80% resistances reduce that hit of 50 into 10. "Armor" only lists one kind of damage reduction.

  I bought a 1h 800+ DPS weapon for like 750K. 900's seem to have been in the 2-3m range when I looked and after that, it just gets insane. Wonder how much like 100K would get. A lot of that equipment just isn't worth the money unless you have way more than is required to purchase it ;__;

  700K was actually a great deal for an 850 DPS 1h at the time I bought it, but I'm sure prices are down now. I'd actually be surprised if they were down that much, though.

  Nightmare. And my physical resist is only around 31.45% for level 53 (after gaining a few levels in Hell) and Izual is supposedly level 49 in Nightmare. Cold resistance is about 31.45% for what it matters.
  
  As an aside, finding out the hard way that there's a time limit for elite combat is painful o_x
