  If your mom is cutting internet she obviously supports the idea of you getting out of the house. So ask her to help you get started. You need a license, and a source of income.
  
  If she refuses, ask her exactly what she expects from you in the next 5 years. If its "staying in the house being an obedient little boy", you probably need to call for professional help.

Show everyone the beauty of your game, then use Youtube's monetizing program to make a profit. Make enough high quality videos and you can make a living, even. It would be a challenge, sure. It would take someone with that kind of dedication and love for what they do to achieve~ But I mean, for all it matters, they could sell gold to add to that potential profit.
  
  This would also mean being able to move out when you get enough money.
  
  If you're looking for more ideas, please, tell me, I can come up with these all day. You can make a living on almost anything that is enjoyable, some paths are just much harder than others.

  Personally, up till last Friday, I was an unemployed student incredibly dependent on the internet for social interaction and entertainment (actually.. I still am) but even I finally managed to find a job.
  
  I had issues with my family because I'm not motivated and irresponsible but I feel a lot better about myself because I was able to take that first step. I also had issues with my mother and sister restricting my internet use and I've done all of that 'bypassing' rules and curfew about restricting computer and internet use.
  
  As of next month, I'll be 20 years old.
  
  I've only been employed for three days but I've already made friends with 5 co-workers. It may be just pumping gas, cleaning and stocking inventory but I still feel some sort of comradely between us even though they have a lot more experience than me and I'm the new guy. Plus, now that I'm making an income, I don't have to worry as much about being extremely stingy with money, wondering when my 10 year old computer will break down on me, add funding to my tuition and I can contribute a little bit to my family on the financial side as well.
  
  I might still feel like a kid but at least I'm trying, even if it's just a little bit.

  I'm probably never going to learn to drive my mom wont even think about teaching me thinking I'll drive around like its a driving simulator and crash into everything which might not be entirely false because I do tend to get distracted rather easily

  I think you'll sort of have to pay attention when you're in a vehicle... the world flies past you. I mean, it's hard not to.
  
  I guess some people have a harder time than others. You should tell her that proper lessons stop that kind of thing from happening. Any reasonable teacher will show you how to drive responsibly and everyone starts from having no experience at all.

  Alright. That actually explains a lot actually. But it will also make things slightly more difficult for you. Do you have a counselor you could talk to and make a plan with? Also are you taking meds for your ADHD? Also if you go see a counselor, ask about a job interview dry run or other simulation so you can be more comfortable when interacting with people off of the internet. Being comfortable in social situations is very important.

  I'm sure you could get an even cheaper one for the price of a song at a local garage sale. The cord ends haven't changed in over 20 years, somebody selling their old computer for next to nothing might have a good cord on it still that you can get.
  
  Something you learn as you get older is that parents don't want to let you grow up. It's up to you to do what you feel is right so that you don't stay their kid forever, and finding ways to talk to your friends online is just one thing you can do on that path.
  
  On the other hand, I could see a punishment like that over poor grades in school or similar thing. But this? It sounds like your parents are being stupidly paranoid. The internet is perfectly safe to use- IF you are properly careful with what you say and who you say it to. Not being on it actually makes you less safe, because then you have no way of knowing what other people are saying about you online.
  
  Oh and the whole ADHD thing? The pills only do anything at all in the most severe cases. In fact many cases they have been found to make the symptoms worse and are known to have other side effects including the possibility of becoming addicted to them. You're better off getting counseling without medication, and learning to live with your quirks instead of letting them control your life forever.
