Now then...how to make a good background and use this in a signature or something o3o;

Ooo that's actually really good :>
Except the image itself is a bit foggy.

Around 5 minutes o3o;
There weren't that many curves and edges to give me problems. Right now I'm just heavily searching for a good background image to use...which isn't working out too well ;o;

Make your own background; just duplicate a bunch of times, merge, then smudge.
Then again, that's a very siggy/shoppy look. A more realistic scene would be harder to make.

Fixed the image for ya, no longer foggy

If you wanna make a sig, just do what Kaz said
And if it still look plain, add a stock and maybe some effects/C4D, then smudge 'em around

I wouldn't use the render. To many dead ends. [Where the image goes into a flat edge]

It could use some soft edges. I'd try adding feather. But looks good anyway. And once it's used in a sig it won't be noticeable either way.

It'd be ok on the left edge, and adding the bits of hair missing on the right with the clone tool. Or healing brush.

Yeah, you can see some spots where it looks kind of pixely.
Though, better then any render I can ever do.

Eh, I decided to use it as an Avatar instead. Did makeshift work on the background. I also made this new sig that looks epik O: (I did another render for the Pikachu)
