The image for the pikachu was in jpg format, but I didn't mind. It's an epik crossover of King Kazma from Summer Wars.

I was thinking about putting the entire pikachu in for the sig, but I thought it looked better like that.

It's cut off on all four sides. I wouldn't use this personally. With that said, you got a really good cut on this image, I went and checked it in PS. Nice job, but I'd say try to select a better image next time. Try to keep the cut off edges to a minimum when you select something to render. The more cut off edges a render has, the less options you have to use it (well, use and and look GOOD anyway).
@Minisoda - That's over-contrasted by a lot. Best option for this image IMO is to just use it as is, and re-contrast/re-color/etc. as you make the signature.

If you wanna make a sig, just do what Kaz said
And if it still look plain, add a stock and maybe some effects/C4D, then smudge 'em around
You made the quality even worse.

Too burned IMO, but the other one wasn't exactly the best either.

I can try to find it but it'd help if we got the name of the character or if its an original, name of the artist.
Edit: Nvm, found it, did not expect that was her.... anyways can't seem to find a better quality one, same tone of brightness to your original one, so I'm assuming that is the original quality.
