Well, I'm not FROM there but I do live there. The 20+ hours of flying to get here is a huge pain in the ass, as is the $2000 round trip tickets (holy freaking crap), but I'd say it's definitely worth it. Moving here from the US is probably the smartest thing I've ever done.
And, oh, hey, congrats on the upcoming kid, if I'm reading this right!

Yup, makin' $9/hr after six years up in CT. Getting down here was a pain but it was worth it. Plus minimum wage down here can actually pay the bills, which is nice.
