Unless you go into some drastic diet changes, eating patterns, or start lifting weights, your weight won't go up or down really. It'll stay at some average limit, and sometimes it'll try to go over before it falls back into the average again. At least, that's what has happened to me. I'm 130, and it always goes up and down before I'm back at 130 pounds again. I think I'm 5"7 or 5"8, so I'm pretty normal for BMI standards. Go lift-weighting, it adds muscle which adds weight.
