I liked Ryan's but it closed down ages ago and they opened up a Chinese supermarket in its place.
Haven't been to Golden Corral for a really long time.

Roid it up. Instant muscles = instant weight. Or tour the country and take on all of those food challenge restaurants like Adam Richman from Man vs. Food, and don't exorcise at all. Different kind of weight, but it's still weight non-the-less.
And also everyone using the BMI to determine their body type, don't listen to it. For example, I'm like 6'0", and weigh about 220 pounds. That puts me at 29.8, which is almost obese. And you guys have seen pictures of me, and you can see that I'm not really that fat. Because BMI only takes height and weight into consideration, it gives people the wrong idea. What you should rather be looking for is body fat percentage. Only with that does a BMI rating prove useful. And this is both for heavier people and skinnier people.

It's hard to get a muscular body if you barely have any meat :/.

How are you so tall, that's near Lil Wayne's body fat xD.
Though he is really muscular, so I guess you can too.

^skinny. I lost 15 pounds when I got sick. Gained 4 back since. Weighed 145 :I
Is that you with the long long neck?
Embrace your inner giraffe and eat leaves.
The ones at the top of the tree are more succulent.
If you need to put on fat, eat sugar. Sugar everything. It gets transformed into fat almost instantly. If you need to put on weight via muscle, build fast-glycolytic type muscles. It'll transform you into wunados creamy dreamy buff-bod body types.

._. you don't burn muscles.. o_o
and I don't really think it's hard to get rid of muscles, you just have to sit around for a week
(cause if it's really that hard I'd be buff now o_O)
24.4 ._. my BMI's still right between healthy and overweight
and yeah I agree BMI isn't really accurate, some people can be very skinny, and all their weight comes from their muscle (my friend was like 5'7 and is over 200 lb's mostly from muscle)
and - originally I was gonna suggest eating and sitting around like all nerds would do (like me, just without the eating half)
but considering muscles are abit harder to maintain than fat (then again that really depends too)

Brad, if you like your weight, ignore what others say.
I too have a high metabolism :p (random)
But if your wanna gain weight, I saw the best way is gain more muscle weight, and/or eat more calories, protein, fat , water and often.
