How bad is Kai getting Nerfed S2?

  My Kai is level 36, so this is pure theorycrafting.
  
  Crit to E, Combat Mastery capped, most attacks to E, Standing Endurance R9, armor/bow mastery to whatever you need at the time, Smash Mastery to E, max Eagle Eye Assault.
  
  Do it in whatever order you like I guess, lol. Those are just the basics and won't force you to use much AP.
