Osay, we have stopped doing that. We got rid of the people who kept making new ones and inviting people. That or they just stopped cause it was pissing everyone off.
Ugh, those kinda people suck.
Why not just keep one damn chat uggggh.

Just for clarity, there wasn't a single time that we changed the chatroom because we wanted to piss people off.
There was a glitch in skype where starting a call in sufficiently large rooms would completely break the chat system and make it so that people without mics couldn't participate.
Now, you can't start a call if the room is too big, so we'll never have to make a new room again. (Though I still want to do it one last time so that we can have someone active with mod powers to kick if we need to make room for a call.)

But if we're not using the voice chat on a regular basis, why not just have the chat on the IRC? It has the same kind of chat functionality as Skype, but much better moderation support for a large group. Also capable of handling a few thousand people at a time with no load issues.
That way it's accessible to everyone, skype or not, and has plenty of capabilities for moderation- Osay and I can set it up so that the forum moderators can moderate that too, or so that it has a dedicated moderator team on it.
Plus IRC is far lighter on people's internet connections, less likely to lag Mabi that way. Skype is horrible about making Mabi very laggy.
This link works for casually stopping by.
Here's the full info for those who have their own clients, or want to get one.
Server is irc.seraphimlabs.net, channel is #mabination
Most IRC clients work without any major configuration issues, and it supports the full nickserv/hostserv arrangement for registered usernames and hiding your IP.

IRC is only lonely when people aren't using it. If more people used it, it'd get more interesting.
Should you happen to join and see nobody talk for a couple of minutes, try talking to Marisa. Usually she'll say something really random, and people will notice and start talking.

We do. And now that people haven't been playing league as much, we're probably going to be doing calls more often.

Nation already has it's own IRC though.
