Not entirely sure, but I hang out with a Scythe Evie a lot, and she really likes how fast her swings are now.
and she had a +13 Leopard/Divine Punishment before the buff.

I have a +8 tassel, it only gives me 12 attack speed though

The att speed buff is more like + 20 imo.
It's just that much faster to me.

Most people compare 0 speed ignition Sword Fiona to about 30 speed pre-ignition Sword Fiona. I wouldn't be suprised if Scythe was actually around 30, though I don't have any personal experience on it.
Getting more used to this update, but I'm still finding more things I dislike about this update. Just the fact that this is parts of 3 patches (Ep8 Hero, Ignition, a bit of S2) merged into one update with no prior warning sides the one random jumping video is still my main issue.

The mobility is so insane that you outrun sprinting speed by spamming it.

Yeah, this update did sorta come out of nowhere, I mean they didn't even give a real title, just "September Patch Update".
As for the scythe speed, it might be actually be 30, as I feel like it's faster than what my character did before Ignition with Insane Reaper alone.

I don't like the cooldowns on SP skills. Most of them are totally unneeded or way too long. I fail to see how Berserk is abusable if Fury Infusion gives nearly twice the output. -_-
Its funny how Jumping can go over trip wires, spiders, jellies, and toads, but not piles of meat or fences...

Something like your damage = Blue/White
Enemies damage to you = Red
Other characters damage = Green? Idk
