You can have it. Play as the adventurer class and have unrestricted assess to all pre-G13 content. Play as the adventurer and G13 will have added a couple of new skills and decreased intermediate magic damage. That's it.
"Melee is underpowered"
Knight
"Magic is underpowered"
Wizard
"Range is underpowered"

I agree that mabi already has loosely defined classes, but making skills that people have worked for unavailable and take away the stat boosts they give (not really interested in the "just rb into a different class" argument) is just BS. It's either they fail to see the crucial relations between some skills or they just don't care. Also, you basically can't work on life skills at all unless you're a merchant or an adventurer. Also, the classes are in no way equal as of right now, some classes get freakish boosts and exclusive skills which are actually
useful, while others get significant disadvantages (wizard class -> no potion making), and stupid aggro sponge skills like lure of the ballad.

Sounds like you have to collect more pages.
Also, I'm an elf archer, and I would never go to bard class. Everything I could want as a bard, I can have as an adventurer without limits.
I don't particularly care about any boosts, unless they're extremely unfair.

My elf is going Wizard for sure, my human will probably be mostly merchant and sometimes bard. My giant will be knight, adventurer or alchemist...not really sure yet.
There's a lot more info that needs to come out before I can make those decisions.

Dammit, just realized there's no way I can go alchemist since I can't use magnum or mirage.
Magnum is like my most spammed skill. There's no way I would use ranged without it.
Well, that crosses off all my class choices.

Almost everyone's going to stay as adventurer if the classes can only change with paid rbs x_x
