Wow... this episode... that ending... talk about lame. I'm honesty annoyed they skipped the entire thing at the end.

MAN THE GOOD AND BAD FEELS AT THE SAME TIME.
This anime is incredibly well structured, starting ep7, the quality of the story and presentation just kept going up.
I hope they can do the same for the final two episodes.
Oh and there was a bit of after credits animation for anyone who just closed the window after the ED started.

Man, the episode was done well....
But it really struck me right in the feels...
Edit: I was thinking about it and it really makes sense why the anime is moving towards this direction.
Chuu2 is about people pretending to have powers. As they grow older it just gets that much more difficult to come to terms with reality. While it did seem like it happened too fast, it was a 3 week time skip..
This WAS a really well done, it's still difficult whether to say if Yuuta did the right thing or not. He's incredibly conflicted as well and while he wanted Rikka to grow up, he feels the pressure of having to do the same thing himself by trying to be as adult as possible when it's clear that he can't fill in that role as well as he thinks he can.

Loved the premise, love the show, obviously, from my username. And yeah, it's obvious that the theme of the show is that trying to force people out of their comfort zone just because "that's reality" is the wrong thing to do. Ultimately, I predict that Rikka and Yuuta will find some happy balance between "DFM/Tyrant Eye" and their normal personas.
Also, I'm a nerd but DFM would make a pretty badass shounen lead. Seriously, kyoani, just make a shounen alternate universe with these characters, it'd sell like hotcakes. Or...
haruhi x chunni crossover
I think it was episode 7 when Rikka watched a porn. After that point it was no long pure and light-hearted.
