Quote from Drizzit;964624:
Obama's been trying to blame Bush for everything since he took office. There's a point where that just doesn't work anymore, and I think we've passed it.
Historically, "damages" caused by the previous presidency lingers 2 to 4 years.
They lost democratic majority in the house 2 years in to his presidency, so the amount he could get done in the later half of his term was actually shit.
Excuses aside, he hasn't really made things worse like the republicans say he did. We've just been more or less locked in place for a while. Obama couldn't really come out and say it during the debate, but its really ridiculous for Romney to have kept saying "I've been governor and it worked". Massachusetts is in one fuck hole of a mess right now.
But lets push all of that aside for now. Personally I don't mind voting republican. Some of them have had some really great ideas to bring to the table. My problem with this election is that we get this:
Obama: Here are my plans in numerical details, its criticized a lot, it may or may not save America, read it and you can decide for yourself.
Romney: My plans have been seen by trusted studies, you should trust it too.
That is the single greatest flaw with Romney's campaign. We have no fucking clue what he wants to do. Its sketchy as fuck, and as Obama said yesterday (in paraphrase) "You are businessman yourself Mr. Romney, if someone came to you and asked your business to follow a plan in which you have no details for but promise would work out in the end, would you take that deal?"
