By 'rework' do you mean buffing/nerfing? If so, then no one really knows. They usually release the new character, and then see what they should nerf or buff.

I've vote for insanely high crit rate + insanely fast reload time + negligible damage.

Also just as a little side point, the main teaser site has been updated.

Of note is that the little side bar for Kai (which comes with a handy english translation on the actual sub page) lists it as Kai - Vampire Hunter. Right below that, with a little vs and a coming soon thing is actually the characters for Vella and Vampire.

Some people already speculated that Vella was getting some sort of daggers/maybe stuff on chains from the update picture. And for once all that mass guessing was actually somewhat correct.

Oh, and a new inven article too. Enviroment concepts, weapon concepts, enemy concepts, armor concepts, and the same speculation that I made just above.
