Its sort of a little weekly bonus you can get, small interactive shadow mission. You can only go out with one squire(of any of them) a week, and it gives them the bonus to training, removes all stress, raises some affection, but slightly lowers the affection of all other squires. Worth it for the bonus though. Unsure if it lasts until the week is up or until you go out with a different squire.

Not much room for improvement outside of getting a 2nd allegro acc (not likely considering my server) and dedicated bard clothing. xD (I have solo on gloves/boots at all times though)
