To be honest, if I were you, I would sell this bow and get a new bow. HLB in my opinion is simply outdated.
Salvation bow is something that you can start using immediately.

R1'd all the archery skills (urgent/crash were R3, support R5) and got the master title for Support Shot.
It took 16x training (2x event, 2x talent, 2x second talent, 2x potion) to get me to do that. I'm tired now.
