You could try Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon
That or Spirit Tracks (as already stated), Trauma Center (which was already stated as well)(Though there is Under the Knife 1 and 2, 2 is better for pure gameplay though).
And yay TWEWY!

Get Drawn To Life.
It's sorta like Scribblenaughts except you draw the things yourself when prompted....Not with words.
Also, Final Fantasy III is a good one.
Rhythm Heaven is an EPIC game. IT IS A MUST.
Harvest Moon DS (and the cute version) are both good choices too.
And Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
It's that "Kingdom Hearts DS" game Moppy was talking about.
And Phoenix Wright games.

May I suggest Big Bang Mini or Rhythm Heaven?

I personally don't recommend KH 358/2 Days, it was horrible KH game. Your better off playing Chains of Memories for the GBA or just watching the spoilers on youtube.
Other than the ones everyone is already posting, you can try
Lunar Knights (A pretty noob adventure game, was fun for a while. Free Walk/Field Battles)
Knights in the Nightmare (Although you don't like FFT/Grid-style Strategy games, this might be too hardcore for you. It's like a mix of Touhou + FF Tactics.)
Altelier Annie: Alchemists of Sera Island (Probably the most easiest VisualNovel/RPG game for the DS, Turn Based battles.)
Sands of Time (Already been recommended, 2nding it, game is based off the anime, somewhat different story though. Turn Based battles)
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates (Haven't played it yet.... Should be Free Walk/Field Battles.)
There really aren't much good DS games worth playing lately, all of them are boring now. Hell, all I do is play Yu Gi Oh 2010 Championship over and over. (150+ hours on it already...)

I tried looking in the games recommendation thread but it's so longgg o__o
So games specifically for DS because I've been so bored lately ;-;
Games I have on my DS right now:
The World Ends with You
Cooking Mama/Gardening Mama
Final Fantasy Revenant Wings
Final Fantasy Tactics A2
Shin Megami Tensei - Devil Survivor
Hotel Dusk - Room 215
Grand Theft Auto - Chinatown Wars
Pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Soul Silver, Explorers of Darkness
Mario&Luigi - Bowser's Inside Story
Rune Factory 2
Legend of Zelda - Phantom Hourglass
Scribblenauts
Virtual Villagers
The only games I really kept playing are TWEWY, Hotel Dusk, Scribblenauts, GTA, Cooking/Gardening Mama, and Rune Factory 2. I'm either finished or mostly finished these games. The others games - I'm either stuck or bored of them.
Shin Megami Tensei is like a cross between TWEWY and FF, it's getting kinda boring.
Pokemon.. well that speaks for itself. I played it tooooo many times. I'm stuck on a dungeon in Explorers of Darkness; kinda gave up a few weeks ago. Mario&Luigi isn't really my type. I didn't like Zelda :< .
Virtual Villagers got boring. It was fun for a while.
Internet fails me when I try to look up new games.
Games I like are RPG, puzzle (with a storyline).. hmm.. I don't like anything that's too time-pressured or with a lot of pressure in general. Don't really like those grid-map games like Final Fantasy Tactics A2. Somehow I didn't like Bowser's Inside Story even though it was pretty well-made and fun for a while.
Eh.
Helpp meee.
You forgot to add Pokemon Heart Gold :(

You could try Puzzle Quest. It's an RPG puzzle game.
Another good RPG game would be Chrono Trigger.

I don't like heart gold, I prefer lugia over ho-oh.
Alsoooo I'll be sure to look up some of the games mentioned hereee.
And I also tried Spirit Tracks and Trauma Center a while ago. Spirit Tracks was just.. eh.. I didn't really like the graphics, and the gameplay itself was kind of .. meh, ya know? And Trauma Center is just like Amateur Surgeon, rofl, except more gruesome instead of cartoony and comical.

Try the Megaman games owo~ They might not be as good as the early battle network games, but they're fun.

Oh if you're getting games the legal way, dont' get the zx series for megaman. The collection one is much much, better.
