  Pikachu has made pika noises since Yellow version. It's every other pokemon that has staticy noises.

  Levitate would be nice to get rid of it's ground weakness which would make it easy prey for Earthquake which is very common in competitive pokemon :/

  Also Ghost & Steel + Levitate does sound quite nice, which leaves Fire as its only weakness, I think.

  If it has high defense, it would mitigate earthquake somewhat.

  Problem with balloons is that takes out a bunch of other useful items that might do a much better job at bringing out it's potential like a life orb, fire orb + trick, choice item, etc.
  
  @Aub Ya, high defense could be a counter solution to earthquake which could then be freed for some other abilities. There will probably be a dreamworld version of their abilities (hopefully) that will add more choice to the matter or at least levitate vs. another ability so people can strategize and fit it into their team.

  I feel bad for ice types. They're so squishy, and don't make very good Dragon Counters. Although with the new fairy typing, I expect to see more Blissy rapes.

  Heatproof with balloon! the you go, A pokemon was no weaknesses at all with few immunities.
