But yea, may I ask what exactly I got wrong in the shading?
Its hard to explain in words without physically being able to show you.
Hope you dont mind:

I roughly shaded the lineart how i would do it.
The skirt and leggings were fine, the major problem i saw was the robe. The x marks are points of tension, where fabric tends to bunch up or where folds start. The arrows show the direction the shadows usually fall from those tension points.
Folds tend to connect like blobby triangles lol. Personally I just throw them everywhere and take away ones that dont look right. Of course the best way to learn is to google a picture of whatever you're trying to shade. I used to stare at pictures of different clothes until i started to get how folds worked.
The boots are tricky and even i dont get them fully, but shoes/pants/etc bunch up at the ankles the same way shirts bunch at the waist. Toss them triangles in there qurl.
Lastly, you've got the hang of the way things leave shadows on each other (the belts over the skirt, the skirt over her legs, etc) but push it a bit. Fabric is heavier than it seems, so it makes larger shadows on things. Try to visualize the wayt he outfit would look on yourself or someone else. Boobs get in the way of everything, so the space under her chest will have a big shadow.
What you can see of the ponytail is behind her, so her body is blocking the light. Same with the inside of the robe and the collar behind her neck.
It can be a lot to think about at first, but it becomes second nature really.
