So recently I watched the first episode of Fate/Zero, and I plan to watch the rest. That said, I know it's a prequel to Fate/Stay Night, which I have neither seen nor read. My question is, should I start with Fate/Stay Night, or can I keep with Fate/Zero and not feel like I'm missing something?
Thanks in advance.

Well, Fate/Stay Night introduces you slowly to the Holy Grail War, with more information overall on the rules(I think), but Fate/Zero shouldn't be too hard to jump into without the first. It'll be somewhat amusing when you get to Fate/Stay Night though, as Zero spoils a good amount of the plot(And you'll just watch as all these people do stupid things, miss the obvious, etc...)
Also, you're free to use the main thread for the anime to ask these questions, I think.

fate/zero is much better if you have seen fate/stay night first. however fate/zero is still very good by itself without fate/stay night. watching fate/zero without watching fate/stay night, you wont feel like you missed out on anything but everyone who has experienced fate/stay night first will say you have missed out.
i highly recommend watching fate/stay night first but it is not a must.

The anime is reallly good, I personally like Zero better than night.
Zero is much much much more darker imo
