Haha, it does!
I've never really read about the Merchant of Venice or Macbeth. What are those two about?
Too lazy to Google atm. I want a quick summary. :)
Quoting from the back of my book of Merchant of Venice.
The Merchant of Venice is an intriguing drama of love, greed, and revenge. At its heart, the play contrasts the characters of the maddened and vengeful Shylock, a Venetian moneylender, with the gracious, level-headed Portia, a wealthy young woman besieged by suitors. At the play's climax, Shylock insists on the enforcement of a binding contract that will cost the life of the merchant Antonio-inciting Portia to mount a memorable defense.
In this richly plotted drama, Shylock, whom Shakespeare endowed with all of the depth and vitality of his greatest characters, is not alone in his villainy. In scene after scene, a large cast of ambitios and scheming characters demonstrates that honesty is a quality often strained where matters of love and money are concerned.
The gravity and suspense of the play's central plot, together with its romance, have made The Merchant of Venice a fovorite of audiences, and one of the most studied and performed of Shakespeare's plays...
I thought it was just meh myself, so not really looking forward to G16.

Nexon NA will rename Shylock to Grubeck based on what they did in DFO.

Okay, the person who posted this information got back to me.
Here's the reply:
I believe it.
And now, all but the Alchemist class make sense.

I like how the class system has been reduced to a mediocre amount of bonus stats .-.
I'm still not sure how I feel about this Shakespeare thing too...Mabinogi has an amazing storyline so this sideshow is kind of meh by comparison.

I love acting, and I love those plays. G13 update is amazingly awesome and I can't wait for more stuff. My only problem with all of this is that there is no Midsummer Night's Dream generation.

As great as Midsummer Night's Dream would have been fun to take part of, if you compare it to the rest of Mabi's story-lines, Chapter 4 included, it's really out of place. At first glance at the game, it would be a good choice, but since the story for the game is generally a pretty dark one, a comedy just wouldn't fit, you know?

I know. But I'd love to fight Puck or something. The generation prize could be a donkey head!!!
:D
But hey, as long as the Macbeth gen. is extremely awesome and hopefully violent, I'll die happy.

I know, right? The initial stats should be at least twice as high. They're hardly significant as is. Alternatively, they could boost the effectiveness of class-specific skills (ie: Archer aim speed +50%, Meditation mana recovery rate x3.)
Mabinogi's storyline isn't what I would call amazing. Perhaps compared to other MMO's...
