But he's right in the sense that when devCAT decided what to do with C4 and when there were still classes. Just because they changed it around doesn't mean that he's wrong. D:
Should have specified i meant the original class system, but this would be correct, yes.
Even the teaser on their main site has the once "class exclusive" sets, this change wasn't planned and I'm sure some folks at devcat are as mad as me in this regard.

I don't like the new int formula. It actully reduces my current damage. 50 bonus damage for 1000 int? Thats fail.
I figured that you would be on top of this information. Essentially, every 20 intelligence improves magic damage by one percent. Yes, that includes spells like blaze.
Pet lightning rod is a very deadly stategy in G13.

So they nerf bolt damage but up adv/inter (w/e) damage up.
hm.

wow according to the int formula for adv magic...
1000 int would be 1.5x adv magic damage
add in...
20% decrease in adv spell base power
+15% for most element mastery r1
and... wand upgrades xD
you can get some mad damage

With the new int magic formula, you only need 400 int to double the damage of your spells.
Should make mana crystallization easier in regards to producing better crystals~

er. i think you misplaced a 0 there. 20 int = 1%.
400/20 = 20
it only ups by 20%, not 200.

you need 600 int or 200int and r1 {elemental} mastery in order to get up to current damage for advanced spells

Mmm... I wondered what Fire and Lightning Third-tier magic skill we would get.
You know this Peaca Inter's boss; Master Lich, and that he used Flame skill or whatever it's called?
I'm betting it's going to be third-tier Fire magic skill.

OK so they nerf adv magics by 20% the at 600 int (my current tank base) I will have a 30% bonus to damage. That last 10% should more than make up for the current int bonus. So the biggest difference then is when I'm in trans and get around 1000 int roll. Giving me a whopping big bonus for blazing and stuff. Ok I all in for this then.
