Anyway if reading is that hard for you, a simple summary would be:
Shock master/chain master barely increase dmg over charging strike master/focused fist master (you barely would notice). Charging strike master/focused fist master increase damage by the THOUSANDS for their respective skill. ~ therefore you can stop reading here if you don't want the proof.
As for everyone else; first, let's go over WHAT these fighter titles do. Believe it or not, fighter titles DO NOT add +30% dmg to your skill, it in fact multiplies. That is why people think chain master/shock master is better, but it is not. Chain mastery (skill) ALSO multiplies, not adds 30% dmg, just keep that in mind.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
R1 all fighter skills (with all titles) minus tumble and respite
Here is the max dmg and list of gear I tested with, NONE of these had reforges that increased dmg, such as elementals, I tried to be the least geared as humanly possible.
- 238 Max Dmg (with the +5 max dmg from fighter title included
- Will 493 (lvl 86, blacksmith destiny)
- Will with title: 508
Gear:
- Stock Spiked Knuckles (18~26)
- No other gear, the only thing worn was robe and stock knuckles
+30% from chain master r1
+30% from charging strike master title (+15 will & +15 str)
+30% from focused fist master title (+15 will & +15 str)
+150% critical dmg from rank 1 crit
(If r upgraded knuckles, would increase by an additional 50% for r5 or 62% for r6)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Base skill multipliers
These are the skill's base multipliers before anything from masteries or so forth are added, note that this is 99% likely not the true multiplier you'll have simply because of chain mastery.
R1 Focused Fist: 400%~700% (max charge)
R1 Charging Strike: 400%
R1 Spinning Uppercut: 600%
R1 Somersault Kick: 700% (divided among 3 stages, 3 chances to crit)
R1 Drop Kick: 800%
R1 Pummel: 900% (divided among 3 stages, 3 chances to crit)
Note: All calculations are rounded down, so some of the tested numbers might be higher by a minute amount (1~2 dmg)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To prove my point, I am going to first calculate the damage based on people's first assumption on how the fighter titles work, and that's adding 30% to the damage.
Calculating if adding simply onto the multiplier additively (first with charging strike title):
+30% from chain, +30% from title = +60% dmg or 460% charging strike dmg
With this in mind, considering i have no elemental reforges or fighter reforges, my max hit should NOT exceed 1,094 non-crit with title
Yet my max is 1,608 non-crit with title.

[Image: http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss96/Neo_Conker/Mabinogi/chargingMasterChargingCrit_zpsea67e130.jpg]
Now if you calculate by using the multiplier as a multiplicative, 400% x 1.3 = 520% x 1.3 from title = 676% charging strike dmg.
The max hit recalculated for non crit is now 1,608. Which now makes sense by my tested max hit of 1,608.
Math: 238 (max dmg) x 6.76 (multiplier) = 1,608
Testing after 50+ charging strikes, not hitting past that max dmg, I concluded that 1,608 was my max.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Calculating if adding simply onto the multiplier additively (with focused fist title):
If calculating additively, a full charge = 700%, +30% = 730%, and +30% = 760%. With this in mind I should NOT be able to hit past 1,808 with title, yet my non crit max with title is 2,814.

[Image: http://i565.photobucket.com/albums/ss96/Neo_Conker/Mabinogi/focusedMasterFocusedCrit_zps932f3471.jpg]
If we calculate multiplicative, it would turn 700% into 910%, and the title would turn 910% into 1183%. Which means my non-crit max recalculated should be 2,815, which makes sense for my tested 2,814 max hit.
Math: 238 max dmg x 11.83 = 2,815
Testing, after 50+ focused fists, not hitting past that max dmg i concluded that tested 2,814 is my max, or near max hit.
