Hmm...As much as I don't like the -dex%, it really doesn't hurt humans as much as it hurts giants. :-/ That should be -10% at the most. >.> Seeing as how we need a metric shit load of dex to cap balance with +50%.
I can see why it would lower your dex though, and why light armors wouldn't. Heavy armors become tanky, and with dex giving you a new stat that adds more dmg, it's a good thing heavy armors lower your dex a bit. How ever if your going to change the dex to balance ratio, they need to lower it a lot less, more so for those who don't have access to the massive amount of dex that is range skills, aka Giants. But even then, they should lower it less.
They should give all 3 mysteries to all 3 races. Elves already have 6 heavy armors as it is :-/ Just give them heavy armor and have it give a bit more of a penalty.
Heavy armor should be as this. Elves -35% dex. Humans -25% dex. Giants -15% dex. Makes sense to me.
BUT all this is still in testing so..*shrugs* Hopefully they get it right soon.
