that's a lot of fireballs.
And a really good way to kill the server...or at least your own client.

Wow i want to mage now.
Holy shit.
wonder what walking and running casting animations are going to be like.
Sounds like 2~4 fireballs to me, once you account for animation, latency, charging, human response/aiming time, and unfinished charges.

If that is saying what I think it's saying, then you can insta cast> fire fireballs like a fireworks factory on fire.
The thing is I'm seeing that NEXT and amusing it's only the NEXT skill and nothing else. But if not then <3 XD; Still..12 seconds is...eh. Makes me wounder what it is at rank F-2 and the cool down :-/
How badly do you want that info?

This just brings up more concerns regardless. It could mean mages will only be useful 4% of the time. I know we shouldn't make presumptions like that, but everything devCAT touches these days turns to something awful.
Meteor storm, from the looks of it, will not be THAT op.
1200 damage for 10 seconds, over what might seem to be over a large area.
Depending on the random directions of each meteor, you may not even hit more than 8 times if your target is tiny.
This skill still sounds like it can be cataclysmic in proportion. Remember 1200 per sec is the base. Factor in magic attack, staff upgrades and such you have a skill that does at least 3x the base....
Maybe with the current formula, but who knows what it will be like with the new one.
