  Does this sound acceptable? To filter out that gray area of debating whether its acceptable or not, we just see if they've given consent. Many players believe modding or using macros is acceptable because "no one has been banned", but since it has never received proper confirmation, its a risk we won't be dealing with.

  I think what Xemnas is trying to say is that you quoted the link to the macro as an example to not do. I'd say you should probably edit it just to not give a bad impression of what "not to do" even if it's not stated in the rules yet.

  No because that action would holds the meaning of intent to troll and offers nothing to the discussion. It is completely irrelevant to the other rule that we have not established yet.

Because I just mentioned it just now for the sake of discussion, doesn't mean suddenly its okay for someone to say "hahahah its totally cool to use the word ****** in this thread because we're just trying to talk about it! ****** ****** ******! you're a ****** i'm a ****** everyone's a ******!" and suddenly we're forced to give him a bit of a time out.
  
  I left this thread open to continue discussion about what the community thinks should be done about the issue of mods and macros on non-nexon games. I think I've gotten the answer so I don't think anyone will have any qualms if I close it now.
