  As for alch dmg, I can see it being good at least. Maybe now it's like it was when it first came out. Fast to gain dmg (well fast ish), quick to cap. (at least that's what everyone told me it was like. lol..) Cept now that'll actually be a good thing.

  Anyways, I think the Chain cylinder buff will help alchemists out very much, ranking it higher then 6 should decrease stamina usage along side decreasing CD time.

  That means chain cylinder is not that you roll between +1~+4 charges at r6+, but it is ALWAYS +4 at r6+. =)

  It's not bad for flame burst at least.
  
  I mean when you execute the skill and it ends that's 5~6 seconds off because of the animation. It may be that you will CC immediately since the cooldown hits as soon as you CC, not when you CC then you use the skill.
  
  So if you CC flame burst, wait for them to come closer or you run to the enemy and use it, most likely you'll find that your flame burst is quite active!
