This isn't terribly surprising. Having lived in Georgia for a few years now, I have to say that I preferred life in Africa.
The few times I've been to Georgia, the people there seemed pretty nice.

It's legal, cause it's not public, if anyone read the article, you would know, that it's strictly private, which means their rule's. You don't have to like it, but it is their right to do so.
