Well there are minor changes that came much earlier, such as Guns requiring bullets instead of an optional item.
Whether we will get this first or not is still undecided.
But meteor strike did get buff and the training requirement has changed.

Do you guys know how the elemental masteries (lightning, ice, fire, bolt, etc) were affected with this update? Did the multipliers get turned into magic attack or left as multipliers? Also, where the titles for magic skills changed? If yes, in what way? And did magic attack enchants get the x4 treatment like magic attack reforges did?
I know I know, too many questions X.x but I asked these earlier and no one answered...

Elemental damage bonus is still the same. Elemental Damage bonus is always applied at the end, so it wouldn't matter if the formula changed.
As for titles changing, some have changed, enchant-wise, do not know. Still looking for it.
Meteor Strike Title, in particular, gives +50 magic attack bonus, which is a good 250 int.

OOPS on my part. I meant the mulitpliers of the fire/ice/ lightning/ bolt masteries X.x; Sorry for the confusion.

The new savage wands also counts as a combat wand, so you no longer have to swap between wands for IS/Thunder+blaze now.
(crit damage before this patch was around 17~18k)

No. Because it's formula was not altered at all to make up for the new INT to magic dmg formula, it became...well...it's now more like pre nerf x2. So...I wounder when they're going to nerf it again. XD;;

they should make windguard have indefinite use but with a fairly high stam drain not able to use health potions but can chug stam (how would that work idk)
