Isn't everything in the stores at 10% of the main server's price? That shouldn't take too long.

No, it's 50% and that's only items sold by NPC.
Also, characters start with 0 gold and you have to make the gold the same way a brand new character would on NA server. Except it's much harder because every action you do takes 3 seconds to perform due to distance lag.
Still, it doesn't take too terribly long to get like 100k but ppl shouldn't assume that testers can just walk in and buy/upgrade anything and everything with magical gold that drops from the sky.

Conclusion? They do indeed stack, however how it stacks is unknown, but as you can see from my test there is an effect.
Also do keep in mind, these tests were done with the KR test latency so keep that in mind. Actual times will be different when it comes over to us.

King, I've been following this thread a while and for the cast speed thing I noticed this formula for cast speed on our own wiki on the intermediate spell pages:
(Cast time at 0 int)/[(1 + INT/5000)*(1+(Wand Speed Boost))*(1+(Vivace boost))].
Not being one to just assume I tried pot poisoning myself to 0 int and using a standard un-upgraded fire wand and other un-upgraded wands to get an idea of what the cast time at 0 int was for the intermediate spells. I noticed that with single charges each charge took a slight bit less time to charge than allowing it to auto cast to 5 charges aka 3.3 seconds average for one charge of thunder single casted and 3.5 when auto casted to max. I assumed a .2 second latency between charges for my client and dropped 1 second off of my final numbers for full charges for slightly more accurate numbers.
I haven't been able to test the formula with 1k+ int yet nor can I test the magic weapon mastery
but from what I could test with a 40% fire wand and a 19.66% inspired vivace it would seem that the above formula is close if not spot on. Since i should have gotten a 59.66% cast speed reduction if it was additive but i got something less than that.
Assuming cast speed effect of the magic weapon mastery follows a similar trend then the formula would be modified with the speed from magic weapon mastery tacked on like this:
(Cast time at 0 int)/[(1 + INT/5000)*(1+(Wand Speed Boost))*(1+(Vivace boost))*(1+(Magic Weapon Mastery Boost))].
I'm not sure if reforges for cast speed would be tacked on in a similar manner or added together to the wand speed boost section but it may be worth looking into (since i'm too poor for that phoenix wand with lvl 14 cast speed on it on my server atm xD)
Either way, I compared my base 0 int cast time with the final number from the formula and did this to find the effective cast speed reduction as a percentage:
[((final result of cast speed)/(0 int cast time)) * -1 ] + 1) * 100
I did a little math to confirm if it was about accurate with the final cast times I got while actually under vivace and with the 40% wand and other wands. So far it seems about right meaning that more cast speed ends up just being affected by dimishing returns otherwise it would actually already be possible to instantly charge fireball on NA servers with all possible boosts to cast speed or have such a large reduction that it would be near instant charging time anyway.
I was gonna get one of your guildies to poke you and hand off this information in my place but as you can see by the length of this explanation she probably would have gotten annoyed at me for making her work and posting it here was a better option so I had to sign up.
If you can perhaps replicate a similar test and maybe test what I can't that would be awesome.
I hope maybe this helped. I can also provide my own data if it's necessary from what I can test (though I'll have to find the file I put it in >.>)
Extra: Assuming cast speed for reforges and magic weapon mastery are actually tacked on like I think they are then the max possible effective cast speed reduction would be somewhere around 73% (With a phoenix fire wand at 40% only of course).

Testing Reforges I think is out of the question I'm afraid so I can't test the effect on if they stack or not and ranking vivace would take too much time to be able to test with. What I provided is the best I can do really.

So about all that math and stuff I was going to do/did part of but used the wrong number for FB (5 instead of 4.6 :l) I kinda fell asleep...and then yeah...so...ANYWHO, basically thank you so much King, and Flan, I feel as though you're dead on the money with that formula guess.
As for all my derp ranting before about it not stacking by guessing / listening to Radi when he/she said stuff like that doesn't stack. He/she is right and that they don't stack, though it was kinda my fault for not looking to see if there was some formula or something. (Though I half looked. I thought it would be on the status page of the wiki and not on the INT spell pages. XD; )

Scathach prefix title is from mystery box gacha.
You know, that one gacha with the gamebreaking 20 max, 30% crit, etc titles that nexon is waiting for just the right moment after paycheck day to release.

Those reports are just data mined(?) findings from KR players reported shortly before game is up.
Edit:
Mage active talent bonus is now 10 INT, 5 WILL, 10 MP, 5 SP instead of just 10 INT and 10 MP.
Level-up bonus is now 0.5 INT, 0.25 MP, 0.25 WILL instead of simply 0.5 INT.
Seems like the mage talent was changed well, though I wish it also gave .25 SP per level as well. Though the extra WILL will help with Fighter if you hybrid with that. The will just seems to be tacked on for magic protection reasons but eh, it works I guess. XD Though...5 SP? Why....? That's a bit random but I'm not complaining really, just want to know why. XD;
Also, Meteor Strike Master = 50 magic attack. Yep, a title equivalent to 250 INT. Can't tell if that's really good or...just good enough. Where all the Ele Master titles changed to 4x the %?
