  No one's gonna test ego speed reduction because no one has 10m+ in test server or the time to feed one just to test. Even if it's a test server, most of the limitations of being a newbie in a live server also apply.
  
  Speed cast wand also takes money to buy and upgrade, and that much money can take a while to obtain because you depend on fomor scrolls or shadow missions to make tiny bits of cash and can barely fight in them because of 3k+ ping.
  
  In other words, be patient. If someone is interested enough in your question to test, they will, but it takes time if gold or accessibility is an issue.

  Did you misread Kaeporo's post? He means the opposite. That none of those (besides maybe magic weapon mastery as it is untested) compound or stack at all.

  So you see the mage standing upfront looking badass and a few other classes in the back like "Who the fuck? Wait, we have magic in this game?" And obviously D-Day is just there for Meteor Strike. So that's the rundown of that. :p... Little sad to see it so soon. Magic skills weren't on test for long, though I guess they still have a few more days + the changes they make before it goes live anyway, like they did with a few gun related things. Though you'd think they'd make the title more for mage AND alch.

  Instant cast = Magic having nice synch with a few other skill sets every other 3min or so.
  
  .....Eh, I was trying to look for some more good points but I couldn't find more than that. I wounder if devcat even knows that magic doesn't compound it's speed ups and that they just made Vivace 1/3rd more useless.

  Just to make sure we're in the same page. The speed thing not stacking is something that has always been the case and that we have right now, this is not something that just happened in test server or even recently.

  I know, though I never really realized just how bad it was. To be honest, I didn't know int made you cast INT magic a bit faster. ._. Though the main problem is that half of a skill that takes a decent amount of ap (atm) is based around making int magic 15% faster. I know no ones tested, might be working on testing it, or what ever, but with the large list of things that just don't stack already there, it's just too bleak for me to even hope that it somehow magically stacks. Which means, apparently seeing that 900 int = 18% speed up, just getting an amount of int high enough, over rides half of what that skill even does.
  
  Vivace is a skill made just to speed up magic, alch, and attack speed. That alone already doesn't stack with magic upgrades and reforges when it's designed to. So..yeah.

  Not if it's intended.
  
  None of the moving speed or gathering speed bonuses stack or compound, so there's a pattern. Devcat simply doesn't like speed stacking.

The skill is nothing more than 1.5x dmg to bolts with a magic weapon and nothing more and cost more AP than most masteries in the game. (atm)

  No one has tested that, so you can't say so certainly. I would assume that magic weapon mastery does individually reduce casting speed because honestly I can't imagine them being that dumb.
  
  The conversation is about all the other speed modifiers. I haven't said anything about magic weapon mastery since I don't really know enough about it to say one way or the other.

  I doubt the mastery modifier doesn't stack. That would be dumb on DevCat's part.

  Considering upgrades and int % boost already don't stack with Vivace, a skill that's 1/3 reason for even existing is to speed up magic... DevCat isn't exactly smart sometimes.
