  Mm, that would only be true if everyone was always rewarded for their hard work. Just because you get fair pay for fair work doesn't mean that everybody who doesn't have as much cash as you isn't hardworking. The number of people who are actually broke as a result of their own laziness/lack of will is much, much lower than society seems to think it is. I honestly don't even know where that whole "life is totally fair and hard work is always rewarded" BS even came from. You don't even have to have a hard life to realize it; just look around you and you'll see the truth. But I guess ignorance is bliss to a large portion of society. Everybody loves walking around with a veil over their eyes.

  Well perhaps, I don't know any people who haven't worked hard and got something out of it. So I can't say for sure, all I know is what I've experienced which is that my hard work has always paid off. My family had no money practically and through hard work was able to provide for us and they are still doing pretty well for themselves. I worked hard and got a job with good pay.
  
  Are other people in life that lucky? Probably not. That's not the point though.
  
  The point is that Nexon is a BUSINESS. Business' are there to make MONEY. Miku probably cost a lot of liscensing fees to bring here so those costs are being passed on to us so they can remake that money and still gain a profit.
  
  You can't expect a business to give freebies all the time when the branch in question makes the least out of all the branches. Simply cause NA isn't as wealthy as Eastern Asian gamers apparently or isn't as willing as them to spend lots of money on an MMO.

  Yeah. Just as some people had said, its like a reskinned DevCat bag of the Roulette bingo, 8x8. You can only have one type of this. The wiki can explain more. Basically you can have only one type of the Personal Shop-usable bags and everything else is limitless.

  I have tested on my Len bag from the event. They ARE dyeable. 8D
